Infant Feeding & Meals
Infants are fed according to individual schedules, with bottles and food clearly labelled for identification. For older children, families provide healthy meals and snacks. We accept water and milk as beverages and encourage healthy meals that align with the Canadian Food Guide.
Diapering & Toilet Learning
Diapers are checked regularly and changed promptly when wet or soiled. Toilet learning is approached according to the child's readiness and supported through family-teacher communication.

Active Play, Outdoor Time & Rest
Our centre incorporates at least 120 minutes of active play daily, including 60 minutes of outdoor active play or indoor alternatives during poor weather. Active play may include running, jumping, climbing, reaching, crawling and walking.
Infants follow individual sleep schedules. Toddlers and older children have an afternoon rest period, with quiet activities available for children who do not nap.
